WHO WE ARE

Mako’s Founder and President is Brian Fowler, a 25 year veteran of the Executive Search and Staffing industries.

Over the course of his career, Brian has successfully led engagements for Fortune 50 companies, single-person startups and everything in between, in industries as varied as Private Equity, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Tech and Healthcare. Throughout this time he has successfully filled searches for CEOs and Presidents, led campaigns to completely staff entire companies from the ground up, and filled more “impossible to find” positions than he can recall.

In addition to leading traditional search campaigns, Brian has also been engaged by industry leaders to guide them successfully on employee benefits and compensation strategies, retention planning, employer branding and everything in between.

All of this led to Brian launching Mako.
